The article that I read was about how the president of Venezuela aids the Colombian rebels/FARC. According to the FARC they have said that the government of Venezuela has been helping the Colombian rebels even though the president, Hugo Chavez, denies all accusations. Despite Chavez denials the FARC rebels have assured that the Venezuelan government has aid them and has given them warfare. As to also offering them protection in which the FARC rebels have moved to Venezuela as refugees.
